Your solution request is not a general marketing subscription.
When Appuna does not yet have a researched answer, you may choose to leave an email address and describe the outcome you want. We use that information to prioritize research and notify you when a relevant solution is ready.
What we store
Your email address, the request or tool result you submit, the page and campaign source that led to it, consent time, submission time, and our follow-up status.
Why we use it
To deliver a result you requested, understand the outcome, research a relevant solution, and send only the practical workflow guidance covered by the consent shown beside the form.
How long we keep it
We retain the request while it is being researched and for a reasonable period after notification so we can document consent and avoid sending the same notice twice.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe by replying to a notification with “Unsubscribe.” You may also request deletion using the reply address shown in that email.
Third parties
Appuna does not sell this information. When email delivery is enabled, the delivery provider receives only the address and message content required to send the result. Embedded product videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and are loaded only after you choose to play them.
